Martin Lide has been designing and building since the 1980's. He is well versed in Light commercial structures, light industrial and residential. He knows these products not only as an Architect but has built them.

Projects include:

Design and buildouts in class A office buildings for national companies.
construction of laboratories and laboratory buildings.
Design and construction of light commercial office buildings
design and construction of light industrial buildings
Design and construction of light industrial office warehouses
Residential Designs in River Oaks and Tanglewood and Memorial
Design and development of speculative houses and townhomes in Houston.

Additionally, in the eighties Mr. Lide completed several interior projects in several Texas cities as the millwork contractor for a large national brokerage firm.

In Addition to that, he has also built speculative townhouses within the Houston loop.

Mr. Lide's early career working for other architects included hospitals and high rise office buildings.
